This week I’ve been thinking about it … there’re many courses about Design Leadership, DesignOps, Design Management, etc…but what is lacking in the market are good professionals who know how to do the basics: information architecture, usability, ergonomics, visual design, service journey, research (designer needs to learn how to do research with methodology) and systemic thinking!

First step to be a Design Manager is to have several years of experience with design projects and in different contexts!
